Required Parental Consent for Minors
Parents or guardians are required to complete a parental consent form granting their minor access to library materials.
IMPORTANT
Parents or guardians of minors (age 17 & under) with Montgomery City Public Library cards must complete a parental consent form that enables their minors access to library materials.
Please visit the Montgomery City Public Library to complete this form. It is required for all minors with MCPL cards.
This requirement is the result of a rule change at the Missouri State Library required by the Secretary of State rule 15 CSR 30-200.015 Library Certification Requirement for the Protection of Minors.
