Montgomery City Public Library

Attendance: President Theo Tate, Vice President Mark Clements, Secretary Angel Davis, Treasurer Jamie Cox, Library Director Gaylee Harris, Members Jamie Bukovac, Pat Garrett, Kellee Gentry, Cassie Hasekamp, Tiffany Singer and Shannon Brock.

The Montgomery City Public Library Board of Trustees meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m., July 9 by President Theo Tate. Tiffany Singer was sworn in as a new member. The agenda was approved. The consent agenda was approved.

Theo Tate presented the Board Training on meeting attendance.

Gaylee Harris presented the Library Director’s report.

There were no communications from Board Members.

Shannon Brock presented the Friends of the Library report.

Kelle Gentry and Cassie Hasekamp were sworn in as new members.

New members of Standing Committees were appointed.

The Technology Committee will meet on August 18 at 1:00 pm.

There was no Unfinished Business.

In New Business, there will be Board Training on Wednesday, August 13 at 7:00 pm. Gaylee Harris shared she will be unavailable for the October board meeting. Mark Clements moved to move the October Board meeting to Thursday, October 16. The motion was seconded and passed.

There were no Patron Comments.

Jamie Bukovac moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:49 pm. The motion was seconded and passed.
